Founder, Kali Rose of ‘Mindful Wellness Club’

During my recovery I was reminded how important our nutritional choices are to our overall wellbeing and health. For me, the enjoyment of food begins in the sourcing of the ingredients, the preparation of the dishes, and finally the stimulation of senses – sight, smell and taste.

I have worked on a variety of recipes to cater for different food preferences and/or allergies and hope that you will join us for more.
