Everyday green smoothie

 

Ingredients

1 cup fresh kale

½ frozen banana

½ cup cucumber, chopped

½ avocado

1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

1 teaspoon spirulina or wheatgrass powder

½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Juice of ½ lemon

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water

4-5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient absorption.
