Revitalising smoothie

 

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

1 small banana

½ cup baby spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ teaspoon maca powder (optional)

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)

4-5 ice cubes – for a refreshing texture

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, adjust consistency by adding more liquid.

Pour into a glass and top with extra berries for garnish.
