Avocado Berry smoothie

 

Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ ripe avocado

1 cup coconut water

½ frozen banana

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds

½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Juice of ½ lemon

4-5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed for desired consistency. Pour into a glass and top with extra berries, coconut flakes, or hemp seeds for extra nutrients. Enjoy immediately as a nourishing breakfast or post-workout detox drink!
