Beetroot Dehydrated Chips

Makes: 1 cup beetroot chips

Ingredients:

1 organic raw beetroot

Himalayan salt

Method :

Place a layer of kitchen roll on a chopping board. This will be used to soak

up the moisture from the beetroot. Peel and finely slice the beetroot. Place

the slices on the kitchen towel. Place another sheet of kitchen towel on the

beetroot slices and press firmly to soak up the moisture.

Once the beetroot slices are dry, place them on baking paper inside a

baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy. Season with salt to

taste.

Chef’s note :

Store in a dry, cool place. The chips are best consumed the same day.
